Questions? We’ve got answers

Our small business fiber plans are billed on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled anytime; you will not be locked into a long-term contract. And, if the plan features a price lock, you will pay the same rate for the duration of the price lock.

Your first bill will include charges for your agreed-upon services, plus applicable taxes and fees, billed in a 30-day cycle. Since your service is activated before the billing cycle begins, you’ll also see a prorated charge for those extra days. Future bills will reflect only the standard monthly charges unless additional services are added.

There may be a brief period of downtime while switching providers or upgrading your speeds. We strive to minimize any interruptions, and the downtime typically lasts only for a brief period during the setup process.

You can easily report the problem and schedule a technician visit through our MyFrontier mobile app. Simply follow the prompts to request assistance and set up an appointment at your convenience.

You can easily track your technician using the Where is My Tech feature in the MyFrontier mobile app. Simply open the app to view your order status, make changes to your appointment, and track your technician in real time on the day of installation.
